Raptor talent and wings.

The Raptor talent is specifically stated to refer to jump packs.
It would make sense if this talent could also apply to wings.
Any thoughts one way or the other?

It would be awesome to raptor with wings. It sounds badass. 
But charging with a big powerful and loud jumpack looks like This. 

You can really see how he uses the jumpack to accelerate and slam into the ground as if using raptor.

Wings are silent and last forever, whereas jumpacks are loud, strong, and use your suits power.

ALTHOUGH, wings powerful enough to lift a hulking armored super soldier should probably be strong enough to charge.

I say if any other winged entity in the game can charge like that then yes, raptor is fine. So maybe like those massive nurgle fly mounts. I imagine they can charge pretty well.

(Overall my vote is yes, both rp and balance wise)
