New Character Creation Empty New Character Creation

I recommend making a tab for new character creation. That way people can have an open discussion so they can ask everyone questions if they have trouble and also we can make rolls for or characteristics so we can do it at home or whatever if we don't have dice (like me) at the very least it can keep us honest with new charecter creation. Not that its a problem, but its a good way to be absolutely positive.
