While recently my subordinates and I have had no reason to interact directly with the efforts of mankind within my domain, it would seem chance would have our paths finally cross.

I've recently acquired something that belongs to you: A particular "Volpin Makt." This individual materialized into real-space deep within my borders, orbiting my crown-world. After a relatively brief investigation, my subordinates discovered his allegiance with your Deathwatch, and I assumed you would very much appreciate his safe return. I would be pleased to be able to provide his safe return to your organization, and am anxious to coordinate a meeting to discuss the terms for a trade--for, you see, you happen to have something that belongs to me:

A period of time ago, you encountered the Subhekar Dynasty on the planet your Imperium knows as O'Magnus. From them you ultimately took a small device; a small metallic box of Necron design.
