Scondoro
Before the Na'Doro Dynasty was placed into stasis within their tomb-worlds millennia ago, Scondoro served beneath Overlord Khaldun as a Lord within his Royal Court. Overlord Khaldun served not only as Phaeron Skah's Right-Hand, but also as his personal varguard. This would mean that when the two stepped onto the battlefield together, Khaldun's responsibilities were to act as varguard, and Skah would take control of the battlefield at large as warlord. Lord Scondoro, himself the Right-Hand of Khaldun, would then take on the role of managing Khaldun's forces. This system worked very effectively, and Scondoro saw the Na'Doro Dynasty achieve many significant victories under this management.
This system fell apart however after the re-awakening of the Na'Doro Dynasty. The Destroyer virus manifested itself within Khaldun, making him unfit and unwilling to lead in any traditional or even effective sense. He was not the only one affected, however. His Court and personal forces at large also descended rapidly into nihilism. Scondoro, as one of the very few left unturned, watched as his sworn leaders, peers, and followers alike fell to their internal damnation.
With his house left shattered, Skah assimilated Scondoro and the sparse others into the ranks of the Overlord Yut, the new Right-Hand of the Phaeron. Having previously been a vicious rival of Khaldun's, however, Yut was in no way pleased to accept the stragglers of his opponents demise. Once the new organization settled down and Skah had turned his eye away from internal politics, Yut promptly re-crafted his Court, carving out all remnants of Khaldun's house. Scondoro was stripped of all protocol-command capabilities, wargear, titles, and ranks. Most devastatingly of all, however, Yut had Scondoro disconnected from the Tomb World. This meant that, should Scondoro suffer critical damage, he would be unable to phase out and return to his sarcophagus. On the contrary, he would simply cease existing, flaring up in an emerald flash that would consume his synthetic body wholly; He would die. Thus stripped, Scondoro was forced aboard a ghost-ark, transported to a distant death-world, and left for dead.
How, when, and why he joined the crew of the Rogue Trader is yet to be revealed.
