Black Crusade Question

Hey, in Black Crusade, will our group always be so conflicting? I feel like we shouldn't be banging heads in-game as often as we do. It really takes away from the content of our actual objectives and plans. I feel like if we all had a good reason that we're together on Ismaro right now, we wouldn't be so fond of killing each other.

We do have a good reason, but unfortunately we don't have any other investment on the planet.
It's up to the players to stick together, and nobody ever wants to back down.
If the group can find some common thread, they will thrive; If not, I'll just keep rewarding the ones that win the fights.
